Deductions from any approved refund
If we approve a refund, the refund amount will be calculated as the original amount you paid minus:

The remaining balance, if any, will be the maximum sum returned to you.

If, after deducting the non‑refundable taxes, gateway charges, gas fees, or other mandatory costs, the remaining refundable balance is so low that MOF would have to cover any portion of those costs from its own funds, no refund will be processed and the transaction will be treated as final.� In such cases, you will not be entitled to any refund, even in the event of a misclick or accidental purchase.
Non‑transferability and original payment method
Where a refund is approved and payable, it will only be sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the rules and timelines of the relevant bank, payment processor, or blockchain network.Policy changes
