ACID ATTACKS

If you are attacked with acid on your skin or eyes, the most critical first step is to immediately flood the area with running water for at least 20 minutes to wash away the acid and stop the burning.RUN  TO SAFETY

Immediate First Aid Steps:

Steps of Action

StepAction

1. Get to safetyMove away from the attacker immediately; call for help and emergency services (in India, call 112 or 108 for medical emergency)

2. Flush with waterUse running water (hose, tap, shower, or bottled water) — flood the burn continuously for at least 20 minutes

3. Remove contaminated clothingCarefully cut or remove clothing/jewelry with acid on it while continuing to rinse; do not pull clothing stuck to skin the-independent+1

4. If acid entered eyesHold eyelids open and hold eye under gently running cold water for at least 10 minutes, irrigating inside and outside the eyelid

5. If acid is powderBrush dry chemicals off skin before rinsing with water

6. Call ambulanceGet emergency medical help immediately; do not apply creams, ointments, or try to neutralize with other substances, the opposite effect may happen and lead to more severe burns so always run to safety and clean it off at the same time if possible and lucky

Important Don'ts:

  • Do not apply creams or ointments — they trap the acid

  • Do not wipe the chemical away — rinse it off

Acid attacks cause severe chemical burns that require immediate hospital treatment. The faster you start rinsing with water, the less damage occurs.protrainings

POISON ATTACKS

1. Get to safetyMove away from the attacker and the area; call emergency services immediately (in India, call 112 or 108)

2. Remove contaminated clothingCut or take off all clothing, jewelry, or accessories the poison touched — do this while rinsing poisonhelp.hrsa+1

3. Brush off dry poisonIf it's a powder, brush it off skin before rinsing with water

4.

Flood with waterUse running water (hose, tap, shower) — rinse the exposed skin with room temperature water for at least 15 minutes

5. Wash with soapAfter rinsing, gently wash skin and hair with soap and water, then rinse well epa+1

6. If poison in eyesHold eyelids open and rinse eyes with running water for 15–20 minutes

7. Call for help Contact Poison Control or go to hospital immediately; bring the poison container if possible.

Important Don'ts:

  • ❌ Do not delay rinsing — every second matters

  • ❌ Do not scrub the skin aggressively — wash gently

  • ❌ Do not apply creams or ointments unless told by medical professionalsnhs

  • ❌ Do not try to neutralize the poison with other chemicals

  • ❌ If unconscious, put in recovery position and check breathing regularly

Poison exposure can cause severe harm depending on the type. Call emergency medical help immediately — even after rinsing, you need medical evaluation. In India, you can also contact your local poison control center or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

BE GOOD AT RUNNING

BE GOOD AT RUNNING AWAY AND KNOW THE PLACE BEFORE GOING OUT WILL HELP YOU SURVIVE,HAVING SOME PARACORD(550)AND A COMPASS,A PHYSICAL MAP AND KNOWING HOW TO USE THEM TOGETHER  WILL HELP.JUST DONT SUICIDE IF IT DOES NOT WORK OUT AS PLANNED.

HAVING A PHONE ON YOU GREATLY INCREASES AND DECREASES YOUR CHANCE OF ESCAPE DEPENDING ON IF THE ATTACKER CAN TRACK YOU VIA THE PHONE OR CAN HEAR YOU TALKING/ OR IF THE CELLPHONE SUDDENLY RINGS.I  SUGGEST TO Run toward people, light, and open businesses or public places, not toward abandoned areas, because isolated places make you easier to trap and harder for others to notice. If the crowd is large, move through it toward a safer destination rather than blindly following the crowd, since you still need a clear exit and visibility.

The best safe destination is somewhere with police, security, staff but be carefull to not fall down as there are chemicals and weapons the attacker can use to subdue you.

Be sure to spend  money on the compass as cheap ones do break easily and might show wrong directions

Poison and pherhaps how to deal with them

call the police or an ambulance to deal with any symptoms of poisoning and tell them the WHOLE truth

1. Automotive and Garage Items

  • Antifreeze/Coolants: These often contain ethylene glycol, which is incredibly poisonous if ingested and can cause severe organ failure.

  • Brake Fluid: Contains glycol and other corrosive chemicals.

  • Paint Thinners and Solvents: These products contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and strong solvents that can be toxic if inhaled or absorbed through the skin.

  • Motor Oil and Transmission Fluids: While less acutely poisonous than antifreeze, they can be highly irritating and harmful to the digestive system if ingested.

2. Pest and Structural Control Items

  • Rodenticides (Rat/Mice Poison): These items contain anticoagulants or highly toxic chemical compounds designed to kill animals. Accidental ingestion by pets or children is a major hazard.

  • Fumigants: Chemicals used to kill insects or mold in wood and structural areas. These can release toxic fumes into enclosed spaces.

3. Paints, Adhesives, and Craft Chemicals

  • Epoxy Resins and Hardeners: Used in construction and crafts, these chemicals are highly reactive and can cause severe skin irritation and respiratory distress.

  • Epoxy and Polyurethane Glue: Very strong bonding agents that can release irritating fumes and are caustic.

4. Extreme Corrosives (Often stored under sinks, but not strictly "bathroom")

  • Caustic Drain Cleaners: These products contain lye (Sodium Hydroxide) or strong acids. They are highly corrosive and can cause immediate, severe chemical burns to skin and tissue.

⚠️ EXTREME SAFETY WARNING: If you suspect accidental ingestion or chemical exposure, DO NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call your local emergency number, Poison Control, or emergency medical services for professional guidance.
