Avoid flickering lights to get more strength

AVOID mobiles that don't have DC dimming,AVOID digital gadgets without DC dimming as they cause flicker that will practically make you soo weak you can't even get up after you eat your food . One other thing to note is even in the DC dimming realm there is a flicker zone when you touch the display so avoid texting/scrolling throughout applications too much.
