It increases likelyhood of a better mind to muscle connection,soothens you and perhaps even cure some ailments of mental disorders.
Massaging increases bloodflow and cures waterbloating both of which can sometimes make yourself feel bored and distracted while studying or doing a job.
Just make sure your hands are clean and warm when you start massaging areas like your face and neck otherwise don't do it,do it before and after you sleep
